He has appeared for the Government of India before the WTO Panel and Appellate Body in Geneva, has represented the Competition Commission of India and the Securities and Exchange Board of India at the Supreme Court and various other courts in India.
He earned his Master’s Degree at Cambridge University, England and has also received an LL.M. from Duke University, USA. Besides India, he is also admitted to the New York Bar.
